Dungeons & Item Power
Dungeons on the server use a special system based on Item Power – a numerical value that determines the quality of a character's equipment.
Item Power
You can check your Item Power by clicking "look" on your character.Item Power is calculated from 7 equipment slots:
Helmet, Armor, Legs, Boots, Amulet, Ring, Shield
Items increase their item power through upgrades, rarity enhancement, and corruptions.
How does it work in dungeons?
Damage dealt in dungeons is determined only by: Item Power, Transforms and PvE modifier.Set passives and character special abilities do not work inside dungeons.
Additionally, attack speed and cast speed calculate damage in a way that does not affect dungeon completion time.
Example: A character with a full +7 Zangetsu set and a character with a full +7 Hollowed Hichigo set will deal exactly the same damage.
Recommended Item Power
Each dungeon has a recommended Item Power level.
If a player enters a dungeon with lower Item Power than recommended, monsters will deal proportionally more damage. This helps players understand what gear they should obtain before attempting the challenge.
